Balcony Roof Replacement

On this job we were called out to inspect an insurance roofing job where it was still leaking after many attempts from the insurance company to fix the issue, The customer had just had a new rubber roofing system installed, however done so poorly that the entire sheet of OSB below was completely saturated, Remedial works included ripping up all rotten woodwork and relaying a new GRP roof with a non-slip and coloured topcoat as seen in the images below.
